Notary Signing Agent services My services as a notary signing agent includes receiving the documents via overnight or e-mail delivery. After receiving the confirmation, I will verify the appointment time with the borrower. At the designated appointment time, I will take the documents to the pre-determined signing location. After verifying the identity of the borrowers, I will explain to them what each document is and point out where they should sign. I will have them contact the loan officer for any loan-specific information. I will notarize the required documents. After verifying that all the documents have been signed accurately, I will return them via overnight delivery according to instructions. Please contact me for a fee quote. The following Mapquest link can be used to determine distance for the loan closing. Disclaimer: I do not accept payment for less than the agreed upon fee regardless if the documents are not signed or the loan is rescinded. If you make my fees contingent upon this loan closing or the documents being signed, you are making me an interested party to the transaction, which is against notarial law.
